1861 Peru to Philadelphia ship cover NY steamship [F.8]

Description

1861 Peru to Philadelphia folded letter; Peru 1d issue with "franca" handstamp and also tied by New York "Steamship 10" CDS; paid to Panama handstamp on back; 10 cents due in NY. Few soiling spots; second sheet of content is on white paper; bit of edge wear.
