1909 September 23 predate EKU #372 plate single Hudson Fulton [y5714]

Description

Earliest known use of #372, the 2 cent Hudson-Fulton commemorative. Plate single (5388) on cover to Ashton RI from Attleboro MA, tied by flag cancel.  Only 3 covers with the September 23 date are reported.  Cover with light bend at upper left, couple hinge marks on back, with September 24 receiver (first day was officially September 25).  A real exhibit piece, with 2020 PSAG certificate.
