You are buying a
1922 Silver American Peace Dollar Struck at Philadelphia graded MS64 by PCGC.  This
coin is bright, clean, with very sharp detail, and a bright shine on the field.   This Peace dollar is graded  MS 64 by PCGS.
Since this is a 'Struck at  Philadelphia '  Silver dollar there is no mintmark  on the coin.
Peace dollars have been overlooked more or less by Collectors. Caught between Morgan's and American Silver Eagles.  Minted between 1921and 1935 a relatively short run they are getting more and more collectible. Higher grade samples are getting harder and harder to find. Many were melted when silver prices spiked to + and the minting methods back in that time period made high grade coins difficult to find.
