    This is a RARE porcelain compote used at a Canadian Pacific Hotel along the route of the Canadian Pacific Railway -- possibly at Banff, Empress Hotel or Chateau Frontenac! Porcelain manufactured by Minton. Transfer print includes what appears to be a bough of olive branches pied with a ribbon. A nice addition to your restaurant ware or railroad / train memorabilia collection!
