Illustrated Birthday V-mail is dated February 13, 1945 and the illustration is as follows - A sailor appears to be writing on some pad of paper or something else while sitting on what appears to be an enemy combatant --- Above the illustration is printed (type set?) the following:  "Gotta Birthday gift for you here!  They're getting scarcer every day.  Cant send him along for he has no place in our way of life - illustrator's signature above SEABEES is B. To the right of SEABEES is an illustration of a palm tree and an island.  2nd Brigade is beneath the SEABEES.
