    Description

    20 pounds of clean recycled indoor shooting range lead that we have carefully melted down and added tin and antimony to then cast into 1lb ingots.  There is enough arsenic to allow for good heat-treating if you want. My two sisters and I clean and acid flux the molten metal to remove any impurities that would hamper mold fillout.  We do this in 1000 lb batches and we test cast bullets to check hardness. As cast air cooled bullets will be about Brinell hardness 15. With cold water quenching you will get over 20. We have a Magma Master Caster bullet casting machine and this is the same lead we use for magnum pistol and moderate rifle bullets.  Fast free shipping
