    American Innovation 2018 Reverse Proof Coin - Introductory Coin brand new w/ government issued packaging
    The United States Mint American Innovation Coin program is a multi-year series to honor innovation and innovators with coins from each State, District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Norther Mariana Islands.  This is the first introductory Reverse Proof coin in the series and is brand new in the original US Mint package.
    Coin Specifics:
    Obverse:
    Features a dramatic representation of the Statue of Liberty in profile with the inscriptions "IN GOD WE TRUST" and "".
    Reverse:
    Features George Washington's signature and the inscriptions "UNITED STATES OF AMERICA" and "AMERICAN INNOVATORS." The stylized gears represent industry and innovation.  The design also includes the inscription "SIGNED FIRST PATENT" under Washington's signature.
    Edge:
    The edge-incused inscriptions include the year of minting, the mint mark, and "E PLURIBUS UNUM".
