Pretty super duper full long festival gypsy western skirt by Anna Konya made in the USA. Anna Konya is known for her amazing one of a kind skirts and they are only sold in high end boutiques across the country and retail for 0~0.00. These skirts are super full and have a great color and pattern combination along with her signature hidden side pockets. Skirt is not lined and most likely cotton although she sometimes uses rayons.  A great skirt to dress up or down~perfect for a vacation, casual, special event or the office. No size label on most of her skirt~they have a stretchy elastic waistband and usually fit most sizes~PLEASE see measurements~mannequin is a size 6 for sizing reference.
