Description

This great 45-70 bullet mold currently sells for 5 new, shipping extra, but is currently out of stock. It is in excellent like-new condition. It casts one 435 grain plain base bullet, .4592 inches in diameter, using Lyman #2 Alloy. The mold is designed for use with SAECO Handles. This bullet is 1.228 inches long with a nose length of .625 inches, and it shot very accurate in my Sharps and Winchester 1885 rifles, which sadly I have sold, see my old target photos. This mold served me well. At age 86 it is time to find it a new home.
