Gotz Happy Kidz 19.5 dolls have 9 high-quality joints in the shoulders, elbows, hips, knees, and neck. They can stand without support and be posed in lots of natural looking positions (horseback riding, yoga and climbing just to name a few). This is extra fun for older girls and collectors alike as the dolls seem more realistic and makes for outstanding creative play.
Marie's face sculpt was designed for Gotz by Hildegard Gunzel, a world-renowned doll artist. Everything about Marie is so realistic. Her face is asymmetrical and so are her limbs, just like a real girl! She has rosy cheeks and beautiful pouty lips. Her sparkly grey eyes are made from acrylic glass. They are fixed in position, so dont close, with long eyelashes attached to the top eyelid and painted lashes on the lower lid.
Marie has blonde hair worn loosly with a small section tied back in her whimsical hair piece. Gotz Happy Kidz dolls have rooted hair (sewn right into the head) which is of the finest quality and is easy for children to wash, comb and style over and over again. Her hair doesnt end up frizzy like cheaper dolls on the market. She comes with a DVD to show different hair styles you'll love to create!
