Fits Several Models Including: AFM4216, AFM4211, AFM40200 (S/N 14699 AND BELOW), AFM4016 & AFM 40200 (S/N 147000 AND ABOVE), FDR2584, FDR2572, FDR2560, FDR2548, FDR1672, FDR1660, FDR1648, FDR1572, FD2572, FD2560, AT2684, AT2672, AT2660, AT2584, AT2572.
