Create round-robin and traveling league schedules easily. Just enter your locations, teams, game times and start date. League Scheduler automatically creates your game schedules for the whole season.
Reports
League Scheduler generates several different reports to help you manage your games including League Schedule, Team Schedule, Team Standings, Location Schedule, Game Scores, and Master Schedule. You can print reports, publish them to your free website, or export to Word and email as file attachments.

Team Standings
Once your league starts, as you enter game scores the team standings are automatically tracked. Standings report shows won/loss record, ties, win percentage, and points. Options to choose which fields to rank teams including head-to-head tie-breakers.
Exceptions & Block Out Days
Add block out days to prevent games from being scheduled for all teams. For non-traveling leagues, you can also add individual team exceptions for day of week or times. For example, all games for the Comets must start after 6:00pm.
2 Types of Schedules
Regular Schedules share locations between all teams. For Traveling Schedules, each team is assigned a location to play their home games.
Audit Reporting
The Audit Report is a very important tool you can use to determine if the league schedule will work for you. You can always edit the schedule and then return to the Audit Report to look over the counts. Total counts are shown for Home and Visitor, Locations, Game Times, Days of Week and Team vs. Team.
Available Games Report
Lists open game time slots to help you reschedule rainouts or cancellations.
Division Play
Our league scheduling software handles division play and allows the number of times teams play inside and outside a division to be different.
Game Highlights
Add game highlights, comments, weather conditions, etc. and view them on the game scores report.

Frequently Asked Questions
I have several different age divisions in my League. How do I set that up?
First add one overall League for your organization, e.g. Lakeview Youth Basketball. Then add a separate schedule name for each age group e.g. U10 Boys, U12 Boys.
Can I create schedules for more than one league?
Yes, you can create schedules for multiple leagues. Click on Leagues from the Update menu and click on Add.
How many teams can I have in a schedule?
Each schedule represents a group of teams that play each other (e.g., U12 Boys, 8th Grade Girls, T-ball). You can have up to 40 teams in each schedule group.
Does League Scheduler track Team Standings?
Yes, you can enter scores for each game and then view the Team Standings report to see Won/Lost records.
How do I create my website?
It's easy, free and done all right from within your League Scheduler program. Click on Internet Options to choose the reports you want to publish. Select Page Content to add a home page greeting, and latest news. Don't forget the picture gallery. Then click on Publish. The first time you publish you're prompted for a name. You can re-publish anytime.
