    Description

    Well, I had great expectations when I purchased this on line, thinking yes, it was sand blasted or had no finish, but did not realize that it was going to have the screws stuck in it.  I contacted the seller, he insisted no, he did not sand blast it, only sonic cleaner.  Well, I tried with a hand (hammer style KD Tools) impact, and they are stuck to the point of twisting the slot.  He suggested penetrating oil, I don't know....My thought was this still might be usable, perhaps cutting the screws out, and welding a set of shabby handles on it.  I am doing something different, and quitting.  Usually, I don't give up this easily.
