All lotteries are biased.   The software offered here under the name Bestlot finds the bias using an intricate algorithm designed by the mathematician Dr. Joseph E. Brierly, Ph.D. who has had many years of experience in designing mathematical algorithms for the military.   Included in this offering is a soft cover book by Dr. Brierly giving details on how to use the software and why it gives an enormous advantage.   The soft cover book on its own gives interesting reading for anyone who wishes to learn new strategies for playing lotteries.   It is offered in a separate listing in DOULTONANDMORE  for those who only want to learn lottery techniques without buying the software.
The Bestlot software was designed to work on even the oldest computers in the disk operating system (DOS) mode but has worked on every Windows operating systems tested by the designer of the software.   However, in order to use this software on a new 64 bit 7.0 operating system one will have to have the PROFESSIONAL EDITION of the 7.0 operating system and then have an XP capability installed on their 64 bit new computer.    The home edition of the 7.0 OS is not acceptable for installing the XP capability.
It is best to learn to use the software in the C: drive DOS mode.  Software users who are not familiar with using the C: drive to run software will become aware of how computers actually work by learning to run software in the C:  drive.   So, there is great advantage in learning the commands that are used in the C: drive DOS mode since every computer that has ever existed operates using files found in their C: drive.   Learning to operate software in the C: drive mode will open the door for computer users to truly become knowledgeable computer experts.
The soft cover lottery book included with the purchase of the software gives techniques in structuring lottery bets that make it well worth having with or without the software Bestlot.  The Bestlot software contains documentation in Microsoft Word that explains how to load data and manipulate data for Bestlot runs.   But it is important to first read the soft cover book shown in the picture titled "Improving Odds To Win The Lottery" before trying to use Bestlot.    A detailed example is given for creating a directed graphs that allows one to visualize the way the lottery numbers in draws tend to cluster.   The directed graph allows one to visualize the non-random bias that occurs in every lottery.   The directed graph technique is the most sophisticated technique useful for making lottery picks.   With practice one should be able to completely create a lottery map showing the relationship of how the balls cluster in 1 to 1 1/2 hours.    It is the technique that the author of the system developed and used to come within a 50-50 chance of winning 10 million some years ago.  Unfortunately, he took the wrong half of that choice.
