This Listing is for 1 pair,(1-Black & 1-Red Lead) of 36" Length Premium Jumper Lead Test Set. Made here in Arizona, using all USA components. The 4 Alligator Clips are Mueller BU-60
... housed inside Mueller BU-62 vinyl Insulators...and connected, crimped, and soldered to Pomona Silicone Premium insulated 18 AWG test lead wire as shown in the first photo, followed by close up photos. The Last Photo shows 8 sets ready for packaging into 4mil. Poly bags as shown in the second photo above.
We use rosin liquid flux to maintain a complete adhesion to the Nickel plated steel clips...any ruff solder is filed smooth.
Pomona Wire is rated at 1,000 Volts, & 10Amp while Clips are rated at 10 Amps, 32VDC.
Alligator Clip Jaw Opening: 0.31" (7.9mm) Material: Nickel Plated Steel.
