CHARCOAL / WOOD SMOKER WITH PROPANE BURNER - CUSTOM BUILT TRAILER.
Hello and Thank you for taking interest in this smoker/bbq trailer. The complete unit was fabricated by a Journeyman welder with decades of experience fabricating large smokers. Smoker is well built and solid; adverse weather does not impact this smoker's ability to hold 250 degrees on a cold and or windy day. Zero cold or hot spots in the cooking chamber or grates. Cook with wood, Charcoal or Propane.
The smoking chamber is 60" Length X 36" Diameter, the steel walls that are 3/8" thick. Fire box is 22" length X 30" Diameter.
The doors on the smoker are counter weighted and locking. Overall length of trailer is 204" Length X 58" width (outer fender to outer fender). Two cooking levels in smoking chamber with a total of 4 removable cooking grates plus 1 removable cooking grate in the fire box. Smoker will comfortably accommodate 20 large pork shoulders.
A large propane butterfly burner is located in the bottom of smoking chamber with a grease shield to prevent flare ups. The propane burner heats the smoker quickly to 250 degrees and is capable of holding temperatures between 200 to 450 degrees - permitting for low maintenance over night slow cooking at 225 or grilling at 450 degrees. The trailer has two propane burners mounted & plumbed to  propane bottles. Great for feeding large crowds with consistent amazing BBQ. I welcome questions.
