You are bidding on unknown Antique Iron .323 Ball Bullet Mold. It is marked with "145". I am unable to identify the marks.
Manufacture appears to be "professional" as opposed to a one off. It has an integrated sprue cutter, again indicating larger scale production.
I cleaned the grease and crud off of it but otherwise left it untouched.
