    :  Hard to come by ( the only other postally used examples of this I've seen had the design printed in red -- this is the only one I've come across with the design in blue ) on cover front only (with stamp missing) from the Civil War era; Memphis double circle cancel and sent to a Mr  (?)  Reed. The address looks to be Afton PO, Union County, Iowa.  See scan(s) for additional details.
