For Sale is a
Pre-1960 Tin Litho Painted 8" Rotating Simplified World Globe
.  This Globe was made by
Replogle of Chicago, Ill.
It is 100% Metal and stands approximately 11 1/4" Tall weighing 1.12lbs as it sits.   I am dating this globe to be
Pre-1960
because it is labeled
"Belgian Congo" which dissolved in 1961
to become 3 different countries.  I am sure my photos will best further describe this item.
Condition:
On a scale of 1 - 10 (Ten being New in Package Only), I can confidently grade this item's condition to be a
solid 8.
Overall and Especially for being 55+ Years Old, this Retro American Made Globe is in
Very Good
Condition.  First, this item is
No Less than 85% Immaculate.
I have cleaned it only to the point so there is no loose dirt/dust.  There are some areas that show some aging but I have chosen NOT to use strong solvents to clean them for fear of damaging the original pristine litho paint.  I only used some warm soapy water and did not scrub.  There are Absolutely ZERO Dents/Dings anywhere on the Globe Nor The Base!  The Litho Paint has some sporadic superficial wear such as light discoloration or perhaps something that can be washed away.  There is
Zero Rust nor any physical damage such as cracks/holes or anything physically broken
.  My photos are an accurate depiction of this item's

Stands 11 1/4" Tall.   Weighs 1.12lbs as it is.
