Die-cutting for wads - designed for self-production of powder gaskets and wads for plastic and folder (paper) sleeves made of cardboard, felt, sheet cork and other materials. The die-cut itself is made of steel, and its handle has a plastic pad.
The cutting edge is heat treated to increase the hardness. Also in the set of the product there is a metal plug, designed for quick removal of the cut wads, gaskets, and it also protects the die-cut tube from deformation.
When cutting gaskets and wads, it is necessary to use a rubber mallet weighing 600-800 grams, or a hammer of the same weight. The gaskets are cut in one step from the material located in one layer, this will make it possible to get them of the same size with the edges that are not very curved inside the cut.
