Europe Destination: Items are sent by CTT - Portuguese Post Office tracked delivery service and take 7 to 12 Business days to be delivered.
International Destination : Items are sent by CTT - Portuguese Post Office tracked delivery service and take 15 to 25 Business days to be delivered.
Express delivery is available on request.

RETURNS POLICY
On receiving your order if you decide you do not wish to keep your item, you can return any item you are not completely happy with within 14 days of the dispatch date for a full refund. Please ensure that you return your item using a tracked postal service, as we can unfortunately not take responsibility for parcels that do not reach us.
